UPDATE: KPRC Channel 2 in Houston has picked up this story; I will be giving an interview later this afternoon. Also added is when the thief returned with an accomplice in a car to steal my neighbor's trees.
For about 6 months now, a thief has been stealing thousands of dollars worth of landscaping, trees, and bushes from our townhome development in mid-town Houston. Last night he and an accomplice got 4 trees from my house and my neighbors through a gate that was inadvertently left unlocked. What really pisses me off is that he uses walking his little dog as cover for his crimes. In this particular case, though, he stupidly didn't look over his head to see the night vision camera capturing everything. Here's the video:
