As much as he "claims" to have government (despite having fed at the government trough very handsomely for more than 20 years), we should all chip in and buy him a one-way ticket to Somalia.
The lack of government services, rules and regulations there should suit him just fine. Besides, we all know he's a pirate in his soul.
