I ran across something interesting and rather provocative recently - a website called www.ghettophysics.com.
It came through from a "What the Bleep" link that I've had for a while, so if this kind of quantum physics, one-world, personal accountability, make-it-happen-yourself philosophy isn't for you, then you may be on the wrong blog. :-)
Ghetto Physics aligns pretty well with the Occupy movement that is going on right now. As a matter of fact, if you're participating in the movement, you might be interested in some of the tools that are available on the site to assist your efforts - http://www.ghettophysics.com/occupy-free-dvd/.
I'm not pimping for them, but I am pimping for the Occupy cause, and for (what's left of) my country. Something is really wrong here. Our laissez faire attitude isn't serving us, so something needs to change. Change CAN happen from the bottom up in this instance since "WE THE PEOPLE" is the foundation upon which this country was born.
