deal... :0)
LOL. Karma's a bitch! My brother died almost 5 years ago. Do me a favor and pick on yours a little more. Then, tell him not to take it personally -- it's just a proxy thing...
My older brother used to pick on me mercilessly when we were kids...I figured out early that I could get my satisfaction in classic passive agressive fashion.
My parents were in the kitchen, my brother and I were in the living room sitting on opposite sides of the room. I started screaming, "Stop Jimmy stop!" My parents came running in and mauled him. It was hilarious. Unfortunately, even though it was over 50 years ago, my older brother still remembers it well.
LOL! There's a reason I stopped at one!
LOL. When I was about 10 and my brother was about 9, we got into an argument. My father was trying to take a nap. My brother started hitting me and I started wailing...My father took us outside, to the front yard, gave us each a baseball bat and told us we were in the front yard so the neighbors could be our witness at the murder trial because we couldn't come back into the house until one of us was dead! Now, my father didn't just "make conversation". If he said it, it was FACT. We were both scared to death. My father finally went back inside the house. My brother said, "go ahead and kill me because I can't kill you" and started crying. Of course, I started crying and told him I couldn't kill him either - what were we going to do? We decided to go off and play down the block for a really really long time - until almost dark -- because maybe Daddy would have forgotten what he said by then.
When my boys were younger and would start this sort of thing, I would make them put on their martial arts sparring gear and go three rounds. They only ever did it once and after that all I had to do was mention it as the next step. Things got very peaceful very fast, and no one got hurt ... including me!
Creative parenting. :-)
Thanks, that was funny.
Sunday, I was watching the White Sox game. Wow, they got a lot of hot chicks in Chicago. OTOH, contrary to that Southwest Airlines' pilot, we got a pretty attractive bunch here in Houston.
That is too funny!
My husband was taking our 5 boys deer hunting and they were fighting like cats and dogs. He finally pulled the car off of the road, turned around and told them "would someone please draw blood and lets get back on the road".
It actually shut them up lol.
