Okay, it's a pathetic attempt to garner some attention via Bobby Flay's popular show, but the challenge is real nonetheless.
When you watch the video below, bear in mind that this is a 16-y-o boy who is willing to give up a big chunk of time on a Saturday and who gets nothing in return except quality time with his mom ;-), the undying gratitude of a committed but overburdened staff at the Arthritis Foundation, and sometimes a meal. He's willingly done this since he was 8.

A really big High 5 to Jacob for his strength, his intelligence and his ability to bring out his humor. I have had psoriatic arthritis for way over 20 years and I know how it affects a person and their way of moving and thinking. Again, I have lots of admiration for Jacob as to how hes handling his situation. Most adults can't persist the way he is.
